1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Krusade, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description
Krusade is a managed content-authenticity service. We sign files you submit with a Content Credential (based on the C2PA open standard), run the signing and verification infrastructure, and manage the associated certificates and keys.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use Krusade to: (a) sign or verify unlawful content, (b) attempt to circumvent security measures, (c) overload the API with excessive requests, or (d) violate any applicable law.
5. Intellectual Property
Krusade and its service are owned by Krusade. Your files and the provenance records you create remain your property. We do not claim ownership over your content.
6. Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
Krusade is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Termination
We may terminate your access for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
