2. Description
Krusade is a cryptographic file provenance platform that hashes, signs, and anchors files into an immutable ledger, creating verifiable receipts.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use Krusade to: (a) hash illegal content, (b) attempt to circumvent security measures, (c) overload the API with excessive requests, or (d) violate any applicable law.
5. Intellectual Property
Krusade and its protocol are owned by Krusade. Your receipts and hashes remain your property. We do not claim ownership over your data.
6. Availability
We strive for 99.98% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
Krusade is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Termination
We may terminate your access for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
